Freelancers Company provides a digital platform that connects businesses with freelance professionals for project-based work. Our services include:
- A searchable database of freelance professionals across various fields including design, writing, programming, and marketing.
- Tools for managing projects, including communication, task assignment, and progress tracking.
- Payment processing and invoicing services to facilitate transactions between businesses and freelancers.
- Support and resources for both freelancers and businesses to ensure successful project completion.
Ordering / Engagement
To engage with a freelancer, businesses must create an account on our platform and provide necessary project details. Engagements are initiated through:
- Posting a project listing that outlines the scope, budget, and timeline.
- Reviewing freelancer profiles and proposals submitted in response to the project listing.
- Selecting a freelancer and confirming the engagement through our platform.
Payment & Pricing
Freelancers Company charges a service fee based on the total project cost, which is disclosed prior to engagement. Payment terms are as follows:
- Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
- Freelancers will receive payment upon successful completion of the project, as agreed upon in the project terms.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Delivery / Performance
Freelancers are responsible for delivering the agreed-upon work by the specified deadlines. Businesses are encouraged to:
- Provide clear project specifications and timely feedback to freelancers.
- Communicate any issues or delays as soon as they arise.
- Accept or request revisions in accordance with the terms set within the project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, intellectual property rights for the completed work will be transferred to the business. Freelancers retain the right to showcase completed projects in their portfolios unless otherwise agreed upon.
Prohibited Uses
Users of the Freelancer Management Solutions platform agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal activities or to solicit illegal services.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent their affiliation with any person or entity.
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or any conduct that is harmful to other users.
Disclaimers & Warranties
Freelancers Company does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or safety of the work provided by freelancers. Users acknowledge that:
- Freelancers are independent contractors, and Freelancer Management Solutions is not responsible for their actions or omissions.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of freelancer profiles or the completion of projects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freelancer Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes & Contact
Freelancers Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a notice on our platform.
